Standard Shipping

  • Free delivery on orders $49 AUD and over.

  • Orders $48.99 AUD and under can be delivered for a flat fee of $7.95 AUD.

  • 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metro locations.

  • 7 - 10 business days for delivery to regional locations including Western Australia, Queensland and Northern Territory.

Express Shipping

  • Place your order before 12pm for delivery between 9am and 5pm the next business day.

  • $9.95 AUD flat fee for Express delivery, available in metro locations only.

  • Delivery will occur between 9am - 5pm the next business day when you place an order before 12pm AEST.

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Same Day Delivery 

  • $14.95 AUD flat fee for same day delivery, available in metro locations only.

  • Delivery will occur between 6pm - 9pm when you place an order before 12pm AEST.

  • Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be delivered to the next business day.

Free Click & Collect Services

  • Our Click & Collect service is available at all stores Australia wide, please visit the Click & Collect hub inside the store. 

  • If your item is out of stock at your local store, we'll transfer it for free from another store within the same state for you. It'll be ready for collection in 1-2 business days.

  • Pick-up in 1-2 days for metro locations and in 3-5 days for regional locations

  • If an item is required to be transferred between stores, this may cause a delay to your expected Click & Collect pick up time frame.

  • When your order is ready for collection, we'll send you an email to let you know it's time to head into your selected store. Remember to bring a copy of the email and some photo ID with you.

  • Click & Collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day your order is placed. After 21 days your order will be returned and a refund initiated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.

24/7 Parcel Locker Collection

  • Free to use for Australia Post deliveries and accessible 24/7.

  • Easy to find with more than 400 locations near Post Offices, supermarkets and train stations.

  • You'll have 48 hours to pick up your parcel once we notify you by SMS and email that it’s ready to pick up.

How do I use a Parcel Locker? ​

  1.  Shop Online - Select ‘Find a collection location’ as your delivery option at checkout.

  2. Find a Parcel Locker - Search for a collection location closest to you by entering your address or postcode, or using the location icon. Elect ‘Parcel Locker’ as your location and select your desired collection location. While some Parcel Lockers have 24/7 access, some do not, and you need to check whether the Parcel Locker which you wish to use suits your requirements.

  3. Collect Your Parcel - Australia Post will send you an SMS and email when your parcel arrives. Collect your parcel within 48 hours using the access code in your SMS or email to open the locker.

If your parcel isn’t collected from a Parcel Locker within 48 hours, it will be removed from the Parcel Locker and transferred to the nearest Australia Post facility offering parcel collection during business hours. We will notify you by email and SMS that your parcel has been moved, where to collect it, and the trading hours for that outlet. You will then have 10 business days to pick up your parcel.

Online delivery is only available in Australia.
