Standard Delivery:

• FREE delivery on orders $49 and over.
• $7.95 flat fee on orders $48.99 and under.
• 4 - 7 business days for delivery to metropolitan locations. 
• 7 - 10 business days to regional locations including WA, QLD and NT.

Express Delivery:

• $9.95 AUD flat fee for express delivery, available in metropolitan locations only.

• Place your order before 12pm AEST for delivery between 9am - 5pm the next business day.

• Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be delivered in 1-2 business days.

Free Click & Collect:

• FREE click & collect at your selected store.
• You will receive an email from us when your order is ready to collect.

Parcel Locker Collection:

• Select your Parcel Locker Collection Location at checkout.

• You will receive an SMS or email from Australia Post when your parcel is ready to be collected. 

• Always read care instructions before washing. 

• Turn garments inside out and wash with similar colours.

• Ensure delicate garments are washed on a gentle machine wash.

• Do not bleach or use detergents that contain bleach, use eco-friendly biodegrabale detergents. 

• Always use a microfibre wash bag for synthetic garments.

• Always iron garments with prints and embellishments on the reverse side with a protective cloth.
